    The price include the breakfast, biweekly bed linen and towels bath, cleaning every day, home's keys, use of the common spaces (living room whit tv, mini hi/fi and a big sofa, habitable kitchen with refrigerator & freezer, solarium with cots, relax area, barbecue, private parking for car/moto etc), but above all my availability in helping you for whichever thing (informations, suggestions, excursions, movements etc.), so, all in order makes to feel you not like customers but like guests!
    The kitchen use is a thing that I grant mainly to the evening, because after the breakfast I need that free the home in order to concur the every day cleaning in effective way.
    The cost is of 5 Euro for dinner.
    I like to give the possibility to everyone of being able to visit the many beauties of the Sardinia, and then being me too an untiring traveller, i'd like to be able to find a youngly and cheap hostel like one..

    Modality of reservation: :
    To confirm the reservation he has to do a deposit's payment:
  • 50 % for less than 3 days
  • 30 % for 3 days or more

    Cancellation of the reservation
    you can recess with debit paying an amount in percentage on the total cost of your holiday, as penalty.
    The penalty is calculated according to number of days existing between your removal and your foreseen day of arrival:

  • 30% (31-60 days)
  • 50% (30-15 days)
  • 100%(less than 14 days)
