    The price includes the breakfast or kitche use, bed linen and bath towels, cleaning, home's keys, common spaces use (living room whit mini hi/fi and a big sofa, kitchen with refrigerator & freezer, coffe machine, relax area, barbecue, private parking for cars/motos etc), but above all my availability in helping you for whatever you need (informations, suggestions, excursions, movements etc.), so, all in order to make you feel not as customer but as a real guest!
    I like to give everyone the possibility of visiting the many beauties of the Sardinia, because i'm in first place an untiring traveller too ! It will be nice to find someone who has the same interest as you have around the World..

    Modality of reservation: :
    To confirm the reservation he has to do a deposit's payment:
  • 50 % for less than 3 days
  • 30 % for 3 days or more

    Cancellation of the reservation
    you can recess with debit paying an amount in percentage on the total cost of your holiday, as penalty.
    The penalty is calculated according to number of days existing between your removal and your foreseen day of arrival:

  • 30% (31-60 days)
  • 50% (30-15 days)
  • 100%(less than 14 days)
